1. General

By accessing and purchasing from Ars, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Ars reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product colors, fabrics, embroidery, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, handcrafted processes, and fabric availability.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

* All customized and made-to-order garments are crafted specifically for the customer.
* Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled.
* Customized, personalized, and altered garments are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects.  

4. Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Ars shall not be liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

* All prices are listed in INR.
* Full payment or the specified advance payment must be completed before production begins.
* Ars reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Ars is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.  

7. Returns & Exchanges

* Ready-to-wear products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
* Customized, personalized, sale, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
* Exchange requests are subject to approval after quality inspection.  

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details for review.  

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content, logos, and branding displayed on the website are the exclusive property of Ars and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
