Customization Policy

At Ars, every customized garment is created exclusively for you.

Our customization process is designed to ensure that each piece reflects your vision while maintaining the design aesthetics and craftsmanship standards of Ars.

Consultation & Design Process

* All customization requests begin with a design consultation.
* Design suggestions, fabric recommendations, embellishments, silhouettes, and fit details will be discussed before order confirmation.
* A customization request is considered confirmed only after approval of the final design and payment of the required amount.

Measurements

* Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

* Measurements may be submitted through our measurement guide or taken during an in-person consultation.
* Ars is not responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Design Modifications

* Minor design modifications may be accommodated during the consultation stage.
* Once production begins, significant design changes may not be possible.
* Any additional changes requested after approval may incur extra charges and extend delivery timelines.

Production Timeline

* Customized garments require dedicated craftsmanship and production time.
* Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on design complexity and workload.

Cancellations

* Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
* Consultation fees, design fees, and advance payments are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

* As all customized garments are made specifically for individual clients, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
* Exceptions may be considered only in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

Alterations

* Ars offers reasonable alterations where feasible.
* Alteration requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the garment.
* Complimentary alterations are limited to minor fit adjustments and do not include design modifications.
* Shipping costs associated with alterations may be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Fabric & Embellishment Variations

* Slight variations in fabric texture, color, embroidery placement, embellishments, and handcrafted details may occur.
* Such variations are a natural characteristic of bespoke and handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

Right to Refuse Requests

Ars reserves the right to decline customization requests that do not align with our design philosophy, production capabilities, or quality standards.

Reference images shared by clients are for inspiration purposes only. Ars does not replicate designs belonging to other designers or brands

By placing a customized order with Ars, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Customization Policy.
